At Hostozora, we strive to provide the best web hosting services. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a refund policy as outlined below.
1. Refund Policy
- Customers may request a refund within 7 days of their initial purchase.
- Refunds are only applicable to first-time purchases of shared hosting and WordPress hosting plans.
- Domain name registrations, SSL certificates, dedicated servers, and add-on services are non-refundable.
- If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Any refund request must be submitted through our support team at sales@hostozora.in with valid proof of purchase and reason for cancellation.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Users may cancel their hosting services at any time via their Hostozora account dashboard or by contacting customer support.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next term.
- Services will remain active until the end of the current billing period unless an immediate cancellation is requested.
- We reserve the right to terminate services if the user violates our Terms of Service.
3. Exceptions & Special Cases
- If a user is found violating our Acceptable Use Policy, they will not be eligible for a refund.
- Promotional offers and discounted plans are non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be provided for accounts suspended due to non-payment or policy violations.
